Feel Free To Kill A Pinko

The Pentagon is investigating reports that "hundreds" of American and British citizens were held in Soviet gulags over a period of more than 65 years.

Soviet defector Alexander Zuyev hinted at that in his excellent book on the stupidity of life in the USSR. Some dismissed him as a low-ranking officer as well a crackpot. It turns out he was right all along. No doubt the detractors were "American" college professors.

Surprisingly (eyebrow raise), Russian intelligence isn't being very cooperative in the investigation.
